· Make salad bar for dinner. Add in dips and decorate vegetables with it. Dips can be low fat salad dressing for example cottage cheese, peanut butter or salsa.
· Present vegetables in a beautiful plate or bowl.
· Make thin slices of vegetables and place them in a sandwich.
· You can hide vegetables in home made desserts. You can add tomato juice or spinach juice in batter and you won’t even taste it after baking the cake.
· Try to bake vegetables as it gives a very delicious taste. You can grill it on skewers with chunks of meat and you’ll feel the difference.
