Add cream in the bowl and keep blending the mixture. After blending add vanilla essence and whisk it to blend. Now add the chocolate mix in the mixture of the cream and egg. Stir it will so that the chocolate and the cream may get completely united.

After this cover the top of the bowl and place the mixture in a refrigerator. Keep it in refrigerator for about one to two hours depending upon the cooling rate of your refrigerator. After two hours transfer the mixture to an ice cream make and follow the instructions given on the machine.
